All such industrial associations and experts can apply for this scheme. The requirements of reimbursement for Patents, GI, and Trademark reimbursement will be a Udyog Aadhar/UAM registered at MSME-Data Bank which will be needed for reimbursing the actual cost or expenses which the MSME incurred during the registration process. The Udyog Aadhar must be valid and even individuals holding the same will also be eligible for the same.  Moreover, relevant incorporation and documents such as the PAN number of the entity will also be needed.  The maximum grant of the domestic patent per application will be 25000 and for a foreign patent will be 2 lakhs.
